International Office Representative
Paul Holt currently serves as the Executive Director of Finance & Administration for the Church of God of Prophecy’s International Offices.  At the International Offices, he also serves as a member of the Corporate Board and chairs the Assembly Task Force and Global Missions Committee.  For the Church of God of Prophecy in Tennessee, he has previously served as a member of the Marriage Enrichment Board, the State Finance & Stewardship Committee, the Ministerial Review Board, Youth Camp Director, State Men’s Ministries Director, Area Presbyter and as a Senior Pastor for almost 20 years.    

Bishop Holt has bachelor’s degree in Leadership, a master’s degree in Theology and a master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

Bishop Holt’s hometown is Kingsport, TN.  He and his wife Barbara (Lyons) Holt of Brunswick GA currently reside in Cleveland, Tennessee.   They have two sons and six grandchildren
